Dental Implants
How Much Do Dental Implants Really Cost in 2026?
What determines the price of a dental implant?
Dental implant pricing varies more than almost any other dental procedure, and for good reason: the total cost depends on the number of implants needed, the materials used, whether bone grafting is required, and the technology used to plan and place the implant.
At a premium clinic, a single implant — including the titanium post, abutment, and custom porcelain crown — typically ranges from ₹45,000 to ₹75,000. Full-arch reconstructions involving four to six implants per jaw (sometimes called All-on-4 or All-on-6) range from ₹3,50,000 to ₹6,50,000 per arch.
What's usually included — and what isn't
A comprehensive quote should include the 3D diagnostic scan, the surgical placement, the healing/osseointegration period, the abutment, and the final crown. Be cautious of unusually low quotes that only cover the implant post itself and treat the crown as a separate line item added later.
Bone grafting, if needed to support the implant, is typically quoted separately and can add ₹10,000-₹50,000 depending on the graft type and extent.
Why guided implant placement is worth the premium
3D-guided implant placement — using a CBCT scan and a custom surgical guide — costs more up front but dramatically reduces the risk of complications, nerve involvement, or misalignment that can require costly revision surgery down the line. For a procedure meant to last decades, precision at placement is the highest-leverage dollar you'll spend.
